Absolute pure nostalgia. I was fortunate to be born in 1975, my wife in 1977 ,and I remember most of these commercials. Brings back a lot of memories. I miss being a kid.
Andre Wallace I was born in 77 as well I remember watching pound puppies and shirt tales I miss the tv shows that had a great lesson in them remember punky Brewster
fuck yea! all thru the 80's the best were '83 - 86 when american bandstand came on I was bummed because no more cartoons, miss shirt tales, alvin, smurfs, mr. t and actually eating mr.t cereal at the same time, then count chocula, frankenberry and fruity pebbles. Kix sux
Anyone else born in 1977? I think that was the prime year to be considered an 80's kid. I remember it all and it was so much fun growing up in that decade!
This brings back so many memories of being a child not caring about anything in life worry free ... Eating whatever you want ...waking up going to school getting excited for Christmas and being around loved ones .... Thanks for the upload !!!
How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop?? Well considering the chewy center was never directly in the center I guess it depends on what side you start from.
Like no manufacturing jobs, and adults taking jobs meant for teenagers? Thank your Democrat Party, excessive regulations, and minimum wage for good jobs going overseas.
the 80's were the best. words cant describe it. you got these young kids now that dont appreciate nothing. they are very spoiled. 10-11 year old kids with $600 phones,$250 jeans etc....we had the best childhood in the 80's!!! im sure everyone would agree with me on that.....aahhhhhhhhhhhhh i miss the 80's!!!
my old man was convinced the Nintendo would some how harm the good tv in the living room , so I had my 12 inch in my bedroom .. days he was at work id still unhook and bring to the big t.v ..lol..sometimes forgit catch a nice beating ..good memories
mhoppe25 I noticed u like Paul joeseph Watson too if u like him u will love the dr of common sense,Mark dice,Andy warski and Henry Davis all awesome channels
Haha I remember a bunch of these commercials. I always wanted that damn karate kid competition set, but I never got it Lol! The mid 80's through the early 90s was an awesome time to be a kid! P.S rainbow brite cereal was the shit haha!
Watching these commercials do make me feel old. I'll be 31 in Jan. 2010. But watching, also made me feel like a kid again. I remember my ilfe so vividly back then. And it's also funny how companies played to the ignorance of the younger demo. Play doh? And I remember wanting the Karate Kid action figures. Ahhhh...those were the days. I miss them. I didn't get any mail back then. And nobody called the house looking for me.
It was neat, that's what they're waiting on is all the 70's-80's age to get old and blind so they can rape the youth basically. This is what it was like then. Makes me feel REALLY old. Stuff wasn't political, no offense but kids shows and stuff didn't have to meet a ''colorful'' aspect in taste and preference. I know you're thinking ''aha, another 80's boomer that's racist'' NO, you just don't understand the time. Beverly Hills cop got along with me just fine, BHC was freakin awesome, still is. I can STILL watch it, in living color. My point is, now stuff is just weird, they make shows with the preface white people are devils and should all be brainwashed. Telling it like it is. My thing is, I have a son and I want to see him have a full life. If he had experienced what I did in the 80's, I doubt he would want to live now. Just look at how you look at thing's, proves my point. America as it stands is not a place for ''normal'' people. It's for the people that bow down and stay out of the way. Smart people with common sense are gone, all the kids that came up from early 2000 to now, do I need to say more? Until our generation, the ones that didn't sell out, take the country back, you people are all screwed. Whether or not you realise it really isn't relevant.
I was so blessed to have been a kid in the 80's, I collected all those Masters of the Universe cups and the happy meals and kid meals were a lot better than the ones now. I miss the 80's.
I worked at McDonald's in the late 80's - first job. It was actually done this way. Guys made the homemade biscuits and you had REAL eggs (like in shells)...
I remember a lot of these adds, but a couple of them were actually from the 70s. The tootsie roll pop ad, and the tootsie roll ad were originally aired in the 70s.
I agree with you 100% i was born in 83 so i was a kid and would give anything to go back to my childhood. those were the best years of my life. I remember the first time i played mario bros.
I remember that there were always Bonkers ads on the back of my Archie comic books. I loved that they were 2-flavors in one! Also reminds me of Now & Laters.
Hey man, there are many kinds of memories from the 80's: adults, teens, kids. I was just talking about kids that were STARTING ELEMENTARY SCHOOL in 1989 (like that Bassist girl) talking about how much they miss the good ol days of the 80's.
I never lived in the 80s but I always found their movies where cool and people got to do more fun things back then i was born in the late 90s 1998 miss those fun times I wish one day after we start getting to lazy and have to much technology in our lives we can bring some of the old pass that we love into the future because if we keep living like this then might not never be people on Earth Or something worse will have to our lives
