I have never heard of a vasectomy reversal being done in a doctor's office ! It is considered microsurgery !

We have an operating room in our office and all procedures are done under general anesthesia. It is considered microsurgery. Many vasectomy doctors perform reversal in an office because it makes the surgery more affordable.
