I have had nothing but good luck with Vasque over the years. My first pair was in 1980. I abused the snot out of them, fishing, hiking, working etc. I finally ended up destroying the shanks on the boots from using them at work, but the material and membrane was still intact. I have a pair of the Breeze Lite GTX’s now and love’em.
I used to love Merills but it seems their quality has dropped in the last few years so I'm not about to spend $140+ on something that's a downgrade. These things look so comfortable. Thanks for the review.
