Yes, Mr Ferguson has passed on but it doesn't mean he can't be spoken about by people he may have ill treated. Stop policing people on how they should express themselves or even tell their side of the story.
To all who says why she didn't tell her story while shorna was still alive. 1. She was not invited to this channel 2. Licala aliboli 3. Mentiwa akakhohlwa 4. There was no right time to speak 5. She needed to heal so that she can have strength to speak 6. No one asked how she felt about everything. Don't rush to defend while you never worn the shoes.
When you can't stand shit, they always say you're a problem, their industry is not good at all so it needs a person with backbone and who stand up for her/himsel.
@@sithembisogama4568 It's not about help, it's just clearing things out. Imagine someone saying Sithembiso was a good man simply because he was defending evil dead folks.
Nd he was a bully lot of cast members left from some productions 😢 yes we not all saints but working with ppl who grow nd build your empire like bo Vati veterans legends ...have to respect the team
Let her talk. Victims of abuse. Always end up "Double abused " becz people do not believe them & say negative things . Hayi, let her speak & if someone feels its not true, they can come up with facts to dispute, finish n klaar. Wish you well Vatiswa💕
Ave ningamaxoki shame. Vatiswa spoke about this way before Mr Sho passed. Akukho bitter taste la, she can speak about it nominini, nomikuphi. This is her story after all, let her be! Onenkinga akacime idata alale.
Thank she talked about this before his death qa bayathanda uxoka aba she not the only one complaining about the Fergusons as result Kia also has beef with them
She has years and years in radio...I think she'd be great for SAFM...I remember her as a news reader on Metro FM in the mornings probably a good 15 years back....but just like David Mashabela you can tell their voices have had training, they are voice artists.
And vathiswa is one of the well seasoned actresses in this country. So so unfortunate. People with money, and bosses, like to think they can dispose of people and treat them as they wish. That is wrong
I believe her and I pray that she heals from it,and this doesn't make Sho the worse person on earth if we can get to hear his side of the story from the wife may be we will understand
I think actors and actresses in SA who worked for Fergusons wanted to be treated like glasses they forget that in any company if you don’t do what is required you face the consequences. That is their company meaning their image and profit is also important to them.
But the Same Ferguson company has been accused of mistreating their staff by so many people who has worked for that company, the other one was fired for asking a day off, other 1 fired for supporting Vathiswa Ndara and lastly the other 1 was being paid less than 4k a month and he had to share backroom with another guy. The Ferguson films promised to resolve their grievances but they never did hence most stories endup in media
She is arrogant....she should be knowing very well that no one is perfect and Shona was just a human being.Yes she may feel mistreated but this happens every workplace or oragnisation even at church.
I watched the whole interview, she didn't say that, she was asked abt the Fergusons and she said season 1 of Igazi Shona was accessible to actors, they called him all the time and he was available, season 2 things changed, he was no longer taking their calls, and abt Connie she said she ever met her
Apparently she’s very difficult to work with & word on the grapevine says she’s been fired by every employer she’s worked with 🤷🏾♀️. She caused quite some drama in Thathe(Muvhango) and they had to let her go.
Do you really believe that thing? At (Thathe/ Muvhango) wrote her off immediately after she had a fight with Ferguson. They just didn't wanna associate themselves with her just because she challenged their peers
Shona was a brilliant actor why would he be jealous of sis Vatiswa? Sis Connie is a good actress as well, I am not sure why she would be jealous of anyone? It makes no sense to me.
I've been in the same position this woman. Be it in the family or work space. What she says, is nothing but the truth. Problem is no one ones to hear it, coz it requires people to do some introspection. Serious introspection. Conversation for another generation in another planet 💔💔sadly!!
Is Shona an angel? I don't think so. People have disagreements etc and they move on. Vatiswa is immensely talented but it's not hard to see how problematic she can be. Yes. The tweets could be about her but do you take the tweets on. Like some days, you hate your boss even for months but you can find a way or resign like she wanted to. I still think Shona was not a terrible person. The story by Vusi Thanda about him buying groceries and sending him money even though he was not working just to get by. I respect that. He didn't have to. RIP Shona.
@@mzwakhemsimango4459 mzwakhe. I watched both episodes. And I am telling you there are ways in which things could have been handled differently on many occasions but she would choose the harder road. And that's ok but that's not how the world works.
@@mayson123456 you need to stop policing how people react to conditions that affect their mental wellbeing. She dealt with it the best way she knows how to, she was even still very gracious in her approach to it because in no way is it ok or even professional to slander an employee to the public before addressing your concerns with them. Also its the most humanly human trait to have favouritism, that he was a different way to Vusi than he was to Vatiswa is not in any way an indication of he "problematicism", he probably treated him different because he is an elder aswell as being a veteran..
Groceries shmoceries. We don't know why he did it. Also, the fact that he's talking about the industry being 'small' let's us know that he didn't mind dishing out threats which is disgusting. There's no better leveler than death. We are all dust, and to dust we will return. If you want your legacy to be as a great human being, be a great human being.
What if she brought a diva , "I have arrived" "I'm the heart of the show" attitude onto the set, it's possible that she was actually difficult to work with, because when a producer picks you for a role it means they believe in your talent, they want to work with you, but if you then display a diva attitude on set, he may start regretting why he picked you in the first place, they must be something genuine that led Shona to write those tweets#accountability
I love love Vatiswa, but listening to her complaining about everyone and everything makes me question if she's not the problem here. Imagine fighting everyone and you're always the victim? Aikhona.
She's fighting for what she deserves. And plus not all heroes have good hearts. Shona might have been a family man but behind the scenes, you never know how he was. And if you may remember in 2018 the Fergusons were terminating contracts of mostly every actor on board.
Remember the story of Monique?People thought she was the problem and she was blacklisted for more than 2 decades. Now people are apologising to her.Vatiswa chose to speak.Others would rather keep quiet and move to other production houses. Why hasn't Fergusion Films ever had Nthati Moshesh on their productions?I could be wrong but I never saw her in any of their production films
She reminds me of the American actress Monique. After she won an Oscar after her incredible work she did in the movie Precious, she apparently became "difficult" to work with. Of course she end up not being casted. She went around blamimg Oprah Winfrey, Tyler Perry and others for her downfall. If every director, producer, studio, and casting director is avoiding you and says you are difficult, then you are difficult. I am not saying what she is saying about Shona is not true, but a dead man tells no tales. She should be working on "cleaning" her image and getting back at what she is good at. Shona is gone and she should really bury the hatchet
Thandy Matlaila is one of the actress who used work from r the Ferguson and trust me, she is my friend and she told me everything about the Ferguson May he rest in peace but he was not the person they claim to be
They say time heals, learn to forgive Mtase and let the rest in peace. He cannot respond to any of your misunderstanding/questions and conflicts. Forgiveness and ignore.
Shona had 3 years to tell us about his side of the story and he never did. Vathiswa started to talk about how Shona mistreated her in 2019 and Shona never said any word
Vathiswa has been a problem with everyone and every production, indeed she's problematic, Shona is not here to tell his side of his story what's the point in telling this story
I wonder what Vatiswa could have done that left Shona with no option but to lay her off. Guys, Vatiswa is wayyy too experienced actress and diligent. Forgive Shona, Vat since he's no more.
No one has to beg anybody. A contract is legally binding so you can't just do what you want. Just do your job and mind your own business. Instead of worrying about your boss thinks about you.
So many people here commenting as if this was the first time Vathiswa spoke about Shona.Shonas tweets were responses to Vathiswas statements on how the Fergusons were horrible employers.A number of other artists came through & spoke about their unjust experiences with the Fergusons as well.Nothing here is about talking bad about someone dead. It started while he was still alive. I even remember his arrogant Insta video belittling artists & a few weeks after that he passed.Death doesn't exempt people's bad deeds especially if those deeds means he left people suffering behind. We need to remember famous people are people & can have good & bad sides with them.
she had all the time in the world to tell her side of the story. Unfortunately it's too late and it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. She must heal and find peace and let the man rest.
Apparently there's been rumours of unfair treatment of actors and actresses associated with the fegursons, some are scared to say anything or nobody will give them work, it's a small industry you don't want to ruffly the feathers
Never ever and ever conclude on a single story .There is always the other side of a coin,no matter how beautiful one side may look, check the other side,u will have a total diffent opinion and conclusion, i tell u.
It's pointless for her to talk about that now Shona is not here to defend himself she must just make peace with herself and heal and pray that she gets gigs to act again because every company we as people work for if you're arrogant it becomes difficult to have a good review from the previous company especially if you crossed those in management
She better have her money stagged right cause she's only wasting years of work running looking for empathy and emotional vindication from the public. Now she's fighting with a dead man who can't speak for himself. His family is filthy rich and have good network in high places to care of what she think. She should have started her own production already! Pity!!!
Nothing concrete was shared by Vatiswa other than a vague twitt by Shona which she suspected was about her. I don’t get what she’s saying really she must state facts
What's the point of talking about it now ,Shona is not here to defend himself and give his side ....This lady must heal rest and move on please .Like what are we suppose to do with this story now, he could have expose him while he was still alive
I don't have for respect for anyone for anyone who speaks evil of the dead while all along they kept quiet. The other side of the coin is also important.
Watch her interview before you comment, des part 1 and 2, part 1 is abt 2hrs long, part 2 abt 1.5hrs, interview was abt her whole life/career, the Fergusons part is less than 1% of the interview, she was asked abt them and she didn't speak I'll of Shona, this RU-vid video was just a click bait and you guys fell for it
Why is she always the victim though there is definately something wrong with her maybe she wants to boss the bosses around why would that director say she immediately thought of her that means people or directors are talking about her NomaRussia needs to find herself and get to know what's wrong with her anf fix it we love her in the screens
This thing of discarding people who have been bullied and abused behind the scenes should stop. She is not the first person to speak out especially on Fergusons and just acting industry in general. So stop!!!!!
Dealing with people who knows too much and think they are better than everyone else is a problem, be it in a work or personal relationship and people like Vatiswa are hard to deal with, I know her kind, why would Shona target her and be the same person who says stay? Arrogance is evil such people you can do good for them, they never appreciate.
