There once was a scary vault you see The type of the vault was plundering Stresskal entered valiantly To take their loot and go Soon may the dwellers come To waste their time and to ruin the fun No vault exp will be won So they'll take their loot and go Etc. Lyrics can be pretty cool
As someone who is physically disabled who experiences chronic pain daily what stress said about everything taking effort is so true and I think that until you struggle to do even basic little things I think it's difficult to put yourself in that viewpoint.
Same here, you never know how much it takes to do something until it hurts. Took me years to learn how to manage my spoons in a way that would just let me make it through the day 😭
This is a seriously overlooked conversation. Stress is right but it also really shows how Iskall truly loves doing this so much to the point he considers himself unemployed. Very fascinating conversation.
I just love the banter between these two... "25 ways to fail" was the first shot I got of Iskall and Stress together, and now I'm straight up addicted.
Iskall and Stress banter gives me such joy! ❤ You both crack me up! Would love to see you both be base-buddies/neighbors in the next season of Hermitcraft (or Hermitcraft Vault Hunters)! Would love to see another season of HCVH after this 100 days. (Even if it's another 100 day stint)
Soap opera is the one with continious plot. When you have to watch every episode to understand what's happening. While sitcome has a sort of an arc for the season but you can watch any episode at any time and you'll understand the context because it's given in the episode.
" Theeeere was a hunter in the scary vast vault , the name of the Hunter was Iskalli O'bolt, He brought the Stress to the Plundering Vault oh Hunter bois vault "
There once was a vault hunter iskall 85. He said we need to greed in vaults to survive. There was tons of loot and mobs were strong, greed my boys go on. Soon may the timer run out eat kiwi's and citrus to survive we loot and greed before bail-out greed before we leave and go home. If I had more time I could write more would be a cool song to actually make tho.
17:50 I was gonna argue we watched some nonsense too like Charlie the Unicorn, and Narwals, and the Whohohohoho guy, but tbf that still sounds more sophisticated than a spinning hamster. Have to look it up though before I judge in case I missed something.
So based on stress’s rationale, should youtube be paying me for watching this vid or do i get vault cupcakes from iskall? Love the longform stuff from hermit VH, hope you enjoy your upcoming time off
I absolutely love the chemestry between Iskall and Stress. Seriously if they aren't involved (Which I'm pretty sure their not) then I could definitely see a hardcore bestfriends thing going on.
An interesting thing I learned last year about "no one speaks Swedish" is that it is technically _half_ true, even for people who are actually from Sweden. It was purely incidental that I learned about the regional 'north vs south' thing, though knowing about a regional difference isn't the same as knowing the 'why' behind it, so that's both the beginning, and end of what I know. 😅
Love the commentary on not having a job and putting in effort. It's lovely to experience part of your friendship w/ each other. :) Also, never stop being a troll Iskallmans. Cyoot, innit.
Iskall saying how him building things without litematica is impressive when in reality we all know he could never have the patience to plan a build before building it.
I wonder if this song in on Iskall's mind again is because of the Yogscast connection, and them having Jingle Jam charity stream with Longest Johns singing this song recently.
The argument for consistency is, suppose you are watching a TV show that 1st aired on three consecutive mondays, and after that, in the middle with no announcement gives an 18 days break and airs on 2 consecutive Wednesdays. And then again a break of random days and airs on a random day of the week. It is hard (for me) to 1st keep track if and when the show airs and then also follow the story line with the same enthusiasm as when it started.
7:40 Although I do get you prefering this job, don't you miss the travelling itself? Or do you still travel in your free time.... Nvm I don't think you had much free time since starting Vault hunters. Glad you are taking some time off for the other things you want to do in life. I hope you have a great time.
