If you’re buying one check there is no bubbles in the coolant it can be a sign of a leak in the head gasket and it gets coolant mixing with exhaust gases, I know because I bought a van that it happened to, had to completely replace the engine, so far so good 😅
Good vid mate, I have been looking around auctions for a Vivaro or Pug Expert to carry mobility scooter and electric wheelchair. Have been looking at copart last few days
Seal up the scuttle panel, that's where the water is coming in and sitting at the injectors, common issue just google it. if you don't seal it and clean up the water your asking for mega issues. once you dry out the water from the engine go mental with wd40 and leave it there.
Re: fuel gauge. This may be a faulty fuel sender in the tank or bad wiring to the latter too! Did notice that your strut top bearings are in need of replacing as they are sat about a good inch or more from the actual strut mount. You may be getting a bit of a clunking noise from here whilst driving over lumpy roads if these have failed/failing. Ian @ OYB M'bro 😉 👍
Thanks 😊 I did notice it was a bit higher on one side to the other. Makes sense now, good spot. Definitely one for another video. I think I may have figured out what the fuel gauge problem is now too 🤞🏻let you know in the next video
Thanks mate, appreciate the heads up! I think if an Injector goes I might need to let a garage sort it - heard they were a nightmare to get out on a good day! 😂
Water leaks off the front drip tray straight on top of the injectors and rusts them in solid ! White smoke is bad very bad if it’s oil burning might not be worth the bother to fix and probably why it was at copart
