You're welcome! It's not a bad vacuum for the price, infact it's very powerful but the main concern with vax is the reliability and quality but the price justifies this compared to a Dyson small ball allergy which is a much better vacuum

How did you find it?

@@wakeupnow_777 Overall very good. On the plus side the cable was longer than usually supplied with most vacuum cleaners, meaning I can do a whole one-bedroomed flat without changing sockets. The attachments are perfectly okay, but can be a bit fiddly until you've got used to how they fit. The suction is impressive and the whole machine is easy to clean and empty. My only concern is that it tends to be a bit on the heavy side, and as I have asthma I tend to do a room at a time with a short rest between each. Overall, impressive and good value for money.

Haha dont worry Henry is always one of the most prestige vacuums! I prefer Henry to this Vax

Vax are just disposable vacuums to be honest, they're not really worth fixing when they do break unfortunately whereas wirh a Dyson it's just a much better vacuum that's much easier to repair as well

Why’s that?

@@parwaz7861 collects hair, tools don't stay on, putting hoses together pinches hands and it's heavy and cumbersome, turbo brush never works anymore. The shark anti hair wrap pet is much better

It really is awful. I can’t even get a refund from them. About to hit social media….

It will usually need forcing, the lid twists anti clockwise

Try again, the motor cutout might have activated, alternatively I would contact vax to replace it because it shouldn’t break so quickly

Cant beat a good Dyson when it comes to bagless vacuums!

@MDBD or you can replace the battery and it's good to go again! That's their cordless vacuums, their corded uprights are pretty incredible

@MDBD The dust collects in the cyclone, it doesnt ned cleaning because that is supposed to get dusty, it wont smell as that dusty area isn't part of the airflow
