Thanks for the video, I was having a problem getting the top end to release, it was stiff. However; I thought you might like to know that the brush bars on these models are removable, there are 3 small screws on one of the end cases which give access to the belt, with the belt removed the brush bar will slide out from that end.

The brush should be removed and the can breaks down into five component parts all can be washed.

The dust doesn't collect dust in the box and gets stuck in the two holes above the brush in the base
