@@VBAA2Z Thank you for the response. I have another question. I am using Abobe Type Library 10 as my Reference .... for my variables "app" and "myDoc", there is not an option for "Acrobat.AcroApp" - only - "Acrobat.CAcroApp". The same with PDDoc. I only have CPDDoc available. I have the variables set as - Set app = CreateObject(AcroExch.app) & Set myDoc = CreateObject(AcroExch.PDDoc) ...... when I debug the code, I get an error stating "Variable is not defined" and highlights (AcroExch). I am not quite sure how to correct this mainly because, I don't know the Acrobat command line options or which statements are correct. Intellisense was NO help inside the parenthesis.
