VBS Looting | Former Board Chairperson Tshifhiwa Matodzi sentenced to 15 years

The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has welcomed the 15-year sentence of former Chairperson of the defunct VBS Mutual Bank Board, Tshifhiwa Matodzi.
It plans to go after all the masterminds of the VBS looting.
Matodzi pleaded guilty to 33 charges, including corruption, theft, fraud, money laundering, and racketeering in contravention of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act.
He will serve an effective 15 years imprisonment.
