IT happened to me Several Times in the past, ONLY two I will mention, My Brother, He is a Religious, he goes to Church every single Saturday, He asked me for Money to pay his Mortgages, I granted him the Money, when he supposed to re-pay the Loan, he claimed, he done a lot for me...He have two apartment Houses, I am still renting, In September my next Brother Daughter asked me for a Loan, when Times she supposed to re-pay the Loan, She bread=out share beyond Cruelty... Both of them goes to Church every Saturday & Sunday...
