A very nice point mentioned about the illness after seasonal change. If you closely look at it, the 4 Navaratri's happen around these 4 seasonal changes. So fasting is advisable to help your body to clear out foods and food traces from previous season and make body ready for the new season.

@Xrp Ideally one should fast in all the Navaratris. But fasting Chaitra(Around April) and Sharad(Around October) Navaratri is a must.

Bro... The most famous sadhana for the Mother is called Srividya Sadhana. The Yantra for this is Sri Yantra. This is for Mother in the form of Lalitha Tripurasundari. Other sadhanas for other forms of Mother are called the Dasa Mahavidyas(10 vidyas) , of which Srividya is one of the vidyas. Why don't you try to make a podcast on Srividya sadhana? Much appreciated.

Who says shamshaan is a negative place? That means one has not understood that mrityu is the atal satya of jeevan and how can we deny utmost truth. Shiva lives in shamshaan which depicts zeroness/shunya state. He is the purest and that’s why he wear rakh on his body Bcz for him Janm mritya is same. He is the only one who is prayed by devas and asur Bcz he is unbiased and when we say kan kan main bhagwaan then how can shamshaan be negative place. We need to develop consciousness to understand shiva Bcz he is not just God, it’s the highest state of consciousness where everything become still/shunya/equal..

I am a bit confused concerning who actually is the writer or composer of The Vedas? There were about one hundred and eighty and some rishis which consist of male and female rishis who wrote the hymns of vedas...then why only vedavyasa is regarded as the composer or writer of vedas.?

Sir with due respect to ur knowledge of scripture and chap 17 the essence is fine but nothing is wrong in praying any God or demigod because Krishna said people with respective gunas worship respective Gods like aghoris worship tamasik form of God like Shiva but they are next to scientist and tantra shastra is extremely different and difficult and not anybody can handle it ....so ishwara says know ur gunas as he has given list of suras and asuras and then develop urself from tamasik to rajasik and from rajasik to satvik and those who surpass satvik get Nirvana..... So whatever Guna you carry is pastlife karmas and desire and as human you have this intellect (not intelligence) ....intellect to understand urself and develope to higher state in each birth. Also we all have all 3 gunas in different permutation and combinnation.... And also he has promised wherever stage of development you leave this birth next birth at particular time you will start from that point further .
