To me the Demo beats all the other of this type because it has a closed bottom. It is better for Brooklyn N.Y. but I cannot afford it. This would be great for groceries during the winter.

Just as a piece of advice, a rear brake on a tadpole setup is really dangerous. Generally-speaking you only want a tadpole setup to brake from the front, but your current design only shows disc brakes whereas you'd probably need drums to get the proper stopping power. You can google the reasons for not wanting a rear brake on a tadpole, but the basic idea is that you're potentially creating a crash at high speeds when braking from the back wheel because the rear brake has the tendency to lock up. Though this won't go faster than 32km/h, on a coasting downhill I can imagine it would exceed that speed. You can even see in the shot of the vehicle stopping in the snow at 0:37 .. the vehicle starts to fishtail under rear braking and the front brakes alone are unable to get the vehicle stopped. Finally, you may want to consider putting a bevel on that front nose to avoid impacts with raised items in the road that the driver doesn't see in time. You can see the nose striking the ground at 0:14 for example. Now imagine that impact at 32km/h! If you bevel it a certain way, you could cause the vehicle to glance up and over the obstruction, but as it looks right now it would likely cause a tooth-rattling full stop.

Would you guy consider making one that could carry a passenger like a small child? I don’t drive and normally bike or walk everywhere but due to weather I’m often times restricted in where I can go because of my four year old. Too big for strollers and difficult for him to bike in rain or snow.
