Tamil is older than Sanskrit with huge number of Tamil words in Sanskrit. Complete Tamil grammar book Tozhlkaappiam was written 3000 to 4000 years ago. Compare this to most languages, whose grammar structure was written only 18th century. Singgam, Ooru are just some examples of Tamil words in Sanskrit

When I heard the song for the first time I stopped it half way, went home, asked my wife to get inside my room with me, connect my phone to my 5.1 speakers, truned off the lights, we both closed our eyes and listened to it. @@AnanthNat Not really I thought of Priyamani as Nandhini before the movie was actually under casting. But Aishwarya pulled off really well, Nandhini is someone who has the character of a snake as portrayed in novel. No one would know about her venomous side till she attacks surprisingly and the only window to her vengeance is her eyes which spits hatred for the Chozha royal family especially with regards to Kundhavai and Karikalan. As of Kundhavai, Trisha also gave her best being prideful of her intelligence and beauty. She looks down on Nandhini and outsiders as she has the responsibility to keep the crown and Chozha desam safe. She is also generous and caring towards general public and loves her country more than anything.

I really thank God that I, even though am a Malayali, knows Tamil.. Because this song is God mode on Tamil original version. All other versions had slightly different meanings and all. I mean no one will get the "Em Tamizh vaazhga vaazhga" 's goosebumps value in any other language. The same goes in many other places. Literal goosebumps from start to end. Man! The style of poetry is called "Ula" which literally translate into - procession. This entire song talks about the valor, bravery and his personality in multiple layers. Hand picked words from Sangam literature (2500 bc) has been used by the lyricist to add colour to the tunes of maestro ARR. The entire song is based on classical tamil that existed 2000 years ago.

It is Dagar vaani traditional dhrupad. (Not dargvani😅) The Dagar family, over last 10 generations, has preserved this ancient art form Dhrupad, which is actually the base of Hindustani classical music. HM got "crosspollinated" with Persian music, but Dhrupad retaines its form.

An advice please lower ur expectations as the run time of the movie is said to be 2.37 min not even 3hr I don't know how they gonna cover up as first part was just character intro. it seems highly impossible atleast for me so please lower your expectations so that u will be less disappointed 🙏.
