Veg Hakka Noodles is a very easy recipes which you can be ready to serve in under 15 minutes!! You can add lots of veggies of your choice and even egg & chicken if you wish to.
Ingredients:
Noodle - 2 packet
Oil- 1 tbsp
Salt- 1 tbsp
Water- 1 litre
Capsicum- 1 medium
Carrot - 1
Pattagobhi- 1 cup
Spring onion- 1/2 cup
White onion- 2 small
Salt - as per taste
Chilli oil - 2 tbs ( You can add or remove as per taste)
Soya sauce- 1 tbsp
Method:
Start by boiling hot water and add salt & refined oil in it.
Add noodles and let them cook atleast 70%
Strain them and put them in cold water for a minute.
Then strain it all and add 1 tbsp chilli oil. Coat it well in the noodles. Let it rest.
In a wok, add oil and heat up. Add garlic and after a minute add onions.
Once they turn golden brown, add spring onions.
Sautee it for a minute, add capsicum, carrots, and cabbage.
Then mix everything well. Add Chilli oil & salt.
After a minute, add soy sauce and coat the noodles well. Serve Hot!
