The same can happen with eggs, when you whip it you're making little bubbles, and the protein in the beans helps to stabilize those bubbles, but fat messes with the surface tension and pops them, which you can see in the video if you look closely. To avoid it deflating completely you should make sure it's as whipped as possible before adding the fat, add it slowly, and fold as little as possible, just enough to pull the mixture together.
@@SoundBoss5150 It is true though. If you compare the curved top part of the pot at 2:01 before freezing and the pot at 2:06, you can clearly see that the pot at 2:06 is kind of crimped at the top curved part. That suggests those are 2 different pots of ice cream.
@@iamtheonewhoknocksss bro those are air bubbles. The difference in surface texture is because liquid expands when it’s frozen; even soda water which contains bubbles. Besides, I’ve made this twice and both times it came out as advertised. I think you goofy asses just didn’t follow the instructions properly
Can I switch the coconut stuff for let's say, cacao cream?? I have many food allergies and coconut is a big one.... Tho if it's only used a fat it might work.... What do you say?
I can't imagine all of that coconut oil and coconut milk is all that good for you. Also...there seems to be different shots of scooping ice cream. One looks rich and decadent and the other one doesn't. Why the camera tricks?
This ice cream recipe did not work out for me. Most of the fatty stuff, the oil and cream separated and remained at the top half while most of the cocoa remained at the bottom half. The texture is not creamy at all like the fake scooping shots. Lol With the texture it came out with would be better as popsicle sticks if I was forced to use this recipe. I don't want it to go to waste so I'll just use it in my coffee. 😅
I don't understand nd why for the last hour and 10 minutes I have been whisking aquafaba and tartar and it is still water...something is wrong with your process.
If you're going to use coconut milk or cream anyway there is no need for bean eater lol. You can literally make ice cream with sugar and coconut cream or milk . Bahahaha
