We will visit a vegan sushi bar in Munich called Kansha and will have vegan katsu curry. We will also visit Vegan Chay and try vegan sushi with vegan salmon and a vegan red duck curry. We will continue our adventure at Soy and will have a vegan mung bean crepe, which is a vegan Vietnamese crepe and will also have other vegan Vietnamese food such as rose petal tee and vegan red tofu curry. Another stop we will make is at Erbil's a vegan Mediterranean restaurant serving vegan Mediterranean food such as vegan doner, vegan pide, vegan baklava, falafel, fava beans; the options are endless as it is a vegan deli! In the Marienplatz, we will have a vegan frank/vegan hotdog at Organic Garden, and we will also have vegan Schnitzel at Max Pett. This is what I eat in a day vegan edition when traveling.
