Soy is heavily sprayed with pesticides and processed . I would substitute the soy with chic pea tofu and the pancako which almond flour bread crumbs. Wheat flour is hybridized and it has gluten. I love the recipe!❤

True, it's also GMO, unless it's organic. That's why I only buy organic soy anything. I like your alternative options, I'll try it 😊

You are right, it's not the chicken it's the sauce. Now I know how to make vegan ranch. Love it! Tempeh definitely a different texture, my first time trying it.

OMG you're so right, I was addicted to wings when I still ate meat and now that I don't, cauliflower wings have saved me from much sadness. That sauce and crunch is yum yum. Tofu makes me sick to my belly though so I can't eat that anymore.

Totally! Different texture, but so yummy!! You'll need to dredge in cornstarch twice to make it extra sticky.

You could do this exact same recipe with anything. Tempeh strips, cauliflower, seitan, chickun pieces… the important part is the breading and the sauce you use
