👍🏻👍🏻This looks really delicious! I especially appreciate that you made it oil free. It’s definitely going on my list of foods to make. I will have to slightly modify for my families dietary restrictions but I think it will still turn out really nicely. Thank you for sharing it. Your video quality and presentation makes it look easy to make. I appreciate the time you put into it for us . I make cooking videos too. I’m so lucky to be able to learn from talented creators like you!! 🥕🥦
Appreciate your thoughtfulness regarding sodium intake for those of us who need to stay away from it. Also love how well you explain each ingredient and possible substitutions. Looks good!
I just made this recipe and it is very good. I did add fresh dill and chives to this and I reduced the plant based milk by 1/2 because my tofu was not as much. Love the recipe.
Thank you for the comments on your favorite mustard, as well as the plant milk. It was very frustrating for me whenIi first started eating this way to figure out what plant milk to use in what recipe. It makes such a difference! Also more experienced now, still appreciate telling me which version you thought tasted best!
thank you so much for sharing this recipe! I've been eating WFPB for over a year and have been trying to get my family on board. They have zero interest :) But recipes like these will certainly help (I hope!)
I was about to say I made this recipe and then I just realized I made another version that had no capers or mustard. I found that version delicious too. Once I use up that dressing I will try this recipe because I like capers and mustard. The other one is great if you want a sweeter taste with no saltines. I will have to compare it to this one which I know I will love too!
Hi Tami, you are mistaken about the sodium content being lower in the Ariadne. 0.5 grams is 500mg in 1 tbsp. The other brand was 315mg per tbsp you said.
Hi Tami, after talking with Chef AJ yesterday I want to see if I can get off tofu. I"m going to try this recipe with soybeans! I'm preparing them now. I soak them, steam them and toss them in the vitamix. I'm not sure what it will do to the texture of the dressing but I will go ahead and weight out 12 oz and start there. I've just made your croutons and they smell amazing. If you have any suggestions with using the soybeans let me know. I'm trying to get off the higher fat more processed tofu!
