500g pumpkin
500g small taro
400g can of good quality coconut milk
1 lime
1 large bunch of coriander
* Seasoning for roasting:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp oil
* Seasoning for the stew:
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground white pepper
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp mushroom seasoning or
½ vegetable stock cube
