Amazing always. Never had crab cakes before but I did love fish cakes so these would still count. They look way better than the vegan fish cakes you get in the supermarket

An ingeneous use of soy chunks! I laughed at the comment about breaking down nori sheets; is there even a way to do this without ending up with seaweed glitter all over your house? Thanks for posting!
