I respect the stance of the Vegan but you can be an animal lover and be realistic at the same time. Humans are designed to consume meat in their diet so this shouldnt be distressing if you are a meat eater. All thus guy is showing is TRUTH. I’ve got a mate that’s a cop here near Glasgow. When they work nightshift they just sit about the cop shop doing nothing. Attending a burglary is the last thing they want to do. Also - and what absolutely astonished me is - they never ever walk the beat during the night as you’d expect them to during nightshift. They only leave the office to attend to a potential crime. Unbelievable 🤦‍♂️

They turn up to take a statement after a burglary, TV has skewed peoples understanding of what the police do, 50% of the job is writing down statements the other 50% is arguing over petty issues they stubbornly refuse to let go.

i recently read a bunch of stories about people who tried to commit suicide by cop, who got shot by the cops then got sentenced to multiple years in prison for "causing distress" to the cops (by pointing unloaded weapons at them, or charging them with a toy gun). It's so gross that these pigs use their "alarm and distress" as a reason to jail even the most vulnerable people for years, but they will cause as much alarm as possible to others for trivial things.

Three months ago, I was parked up in the Scottish countryside. I was travelling around Scotland interviewing victims of Police Scotland. Two police officers drew up and said, ' " We had and a phone call from a member of the public who had concern for your welfare." ' No-one has driven past me. No-one had walked past me. I told them to get lost....of course I go their names and numbers and had filmed them on my body cam, my back up to my handy cam and interviewing equipment. Assss....holes.

Well, that is technically true. It's not for the general public to know the law, it's for the officers. The law states we should follow the instruction of officers regardless of what we believe the law to be, because usually the orders of a police officer are given to protect the public from imminent danger. Of course, incompetent officers seem to be everywhere at this point. The correct and legally sound thing is to do what they say and make a complaint with legal backing afterwards to the correct authorities. Yet those authorities don't seem to care either.

It was probably the sight of all the police that were there for a guy doing nothing wrong at all. If it was me id be talking the 5th and would end up with a claim photography isn't a crime 👍👌👊 in public.

We had an abattoir at the top of Mum's street in our Lancashire village in the 60's and through to the mid 70's. It had probably been there decades before that. Even more poignant is that right next door was the local C of E Primary School. Two or three times a week a large Bedford lorry would turn up, 3 or 4 decks high with lambs. The entrance had been carefully constructed so that the lorry backed right up to the gateposts with an inch to spare each side. The tailgate was lowered and dozens of lambs came bustling out with nowhere else to go except the abattoir yard. Later that day or perhaps on a separate day, but again at least twice a week, a lorry would pull away filled to the brim with fleeces and heads - attached to each other. Blood would always be dripping out of the nostrils and severed necks and of course the fleeces were bloody too. I've seen that as a kid countless times although I didn't attend the school next door. The top of the street was one of my regular stomping grounds as a kid so any time school holidays were occurring and maybe Saturday mornings too (can't remember exactly), this might be a regular sight. No doubt the kids attending the school saw it dozens of times too. When the lorry pulled away a worker would emerge with a hose and wash away any blood around and outside the gates. Two or three times a year, or thereabouts, we would 'break in' to the slaughterhouse, as we called it, in the evenings. That is, we would scramble over the high wooden gates (climb like monkeys in those days, us kids) and peer about the yard, grimacing at bits of offal on the floor and hoping to find severed testicles so we could throw them at each other. Boys will be boys n all that. Once, we opened a stable door that sounded quiet inside, hoping to have a nose about seeing what the scene was like within. The door swung open and facing us, about two feet away was an enormous brown bull. Gosh we scarpered and were back over the gates in a trice. I can still picture it now, from about 1974 I would say. Nobody was traumatised by the knowledge of what occurred. People eat animals. Animals eat other animals. Before they are eaten they have to die. In fact some animals are eaten alive, by other animals. Local residents could visit the facility and buy a full lamb carcass, fully butchered ready for the freezer. The cost of a full lamb was a tenner. Ten pounds straight and would you like the kidneys and the liver? Yes please and the heart too.

Generally I would think there is a different authority in charge to investigate such facilities (the government don't trust the police to do something so complex normally ;)) with movies like Dominion taking seven or more years and nearly all the footage is of one specific person who if found would've been fired. Not to mention many of these cases of animal abuse were either done by activists themselves or by people paid by them, an example would be the movement to ban live export in Australia. The main footage for that was later found to be by an employee paid by this organisation to deliberately torture the animals and record it. Vegans and animal activists often end up showing their true colours though. Some of the worst cases of animal cruelty in recent history had been recorded against a PETA animal shelter for some of the cruelest animal practices the animal welfare officers investigating had ever seen.

Imagine not understanding that it takes time to sneak in cameras and get the pertinent footage that needs to be exposed without being caught/having cameras and footage confiscated etc, as it’s illegal to just walk in and film whatever you want to film without permission, and these places simply don’t give such unlimited access to their facilities to the public. And imagine complaining about monocrop farms over the livestock industry, when the livestock industry is literally sustained off of monocrop agriculture (and the livestock eats _WAAAY_ more crops from these fields than humans do).

I know. Have been following him. It's unbelievable what has happened. The Scottish police and the laws that protect them are disgraceful. Every interaction I watch involving the police is shocking. They are openly hostile, don't understand basic laws and are thick as concrete. I can't imagine he can be jailed just for filming them which is not a crime . I have absolutely no trust in our police.
