My daughter and I made this roast with the holiday gravy for our Christmas dinner today and all I can say is "Deliciously amazing!" Hey chef Ani, I found your channeI not long ago and I am so glad that I did!! I made the roast and the gravy last week and it turned out amazing. Our guest even asked for the recipe for Christmas ;) And that's where I will serve it as well! Thanks so much. I also tried the fluffy waffles, the Mac&Cheese and the muffins. I'll level with you Ani, I'm not vegan nor am I trying to be. But this roast has caught my attention. Each year I try my hand at a new recipe for Thanksgiving. I think this roast may be the one I try this year. I'll let you know how it turns out, or what recipe i end up making.
