It looked runny. I think that is why she cut it and edited it so we couldn't get a glimpse of the thickness. You can see it sliding around in the waffle bowl. The directions says to chill the ice cream mixture before you put it in the maker which she failed to do.
What can I use in replacement of coconut and nuts as I have an allergy to this. Can I use oat or rice milk? How would i make this creamy as these are watery based.
It might not be ad creamy or fatty. (Normal icecream had egg and milk fat). Store bought almond milk is often very watery, making the end result more icey and less creamy. I'm looking into home made nut milk, allowing me to control the amount of liquid.
Wow That’s an insane amount of sugar can u blend the mixture with dates instead before putting into the machine .. my kids would would go nuts on that much sugar eek 😬
