@@seaheiressunknown75 i tried it twenty years ago - its like cold omelette. i think a cold omelette is better. I don't understand cous cous, tofu and quorn? life is too long to eat that stuff.

Tofu is made sort of how they make cottage cheese. It’s just made from soy milk rather than cow’s milk, then pressed into blocks.

It is bean curd, you’re right! The bean is soybean, and you first make it into soy milk by boiling, blending, and straining. I’ve done it from scratch before, but it takes all day!
