Does that top have a bit of crispy-ness? It almost looks like it does. I have a fondness for the thin crispy surface on brownies. another good way is the chocolate brownie topped with the Macha ice cream.
It does! The matcha batter is more like cookie dough, but the brownie batter gets a little crisp on top. And I love the idea of matcha ice cream on a brownie!

Always enjoy your recipes and excited to try the ones I have not had before. BUT this one had just had me jumping as I have been looking for a non complicated, ez to get ingredients to put mac & Cheese back on the menu.
