Vegan meringue made out of chickpea water or aquafaba as it’s called. Only 3 main ingredient n so easy to make! U have to try this one.
Ingredients:
-150 ml chickpea water (from a can of chickpeas)
-150 ml sugar
-1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar (OPTIONAL)

ana Карамазовы samsa I think u can store them for weeks if not for months in an airtight container. But they usually go pretty quickly so I haven’t tried.

Please help I’ve tried this twice and both times once they are put in oven they just dissolve back into water :(

suzi squash ohh no! 💔 make sure u use high quality can of aquafaba (chickpeas) and also making sure that u whisk it until it’s rock hard n u can have the bowl upside down without it dropping down. Low temperature in the oven. Also another thing, make sure the bowl u use is completely dry n got no traces of other ingredients as this can disturb the chemical reaction. I keep my fingers crossed 🤞🏻u will make lovely meringues finally! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
