Very good video! We are an active couple in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. We still strive for a healthy body, a calm mind, and a positive outlook. And we feel better than ever! For us, switching to a whole food plant-based diet was a key in us both overcoming life-threatening diseases 14 years ago. We are doing research for our new RU-vid channel and hope to inspire others. I don't know what she used but I make a cashew cream. With soaked raw cashews, pinch of salt, nutritional yeast onion and garlic powder and a squeeze of lemon juice.
That’s a Mexican tradition sauce made with chocolate but the way they make it you don’t taste the chocolate and it’s really good. I really can’t explain the taste haven’t had it since I broke up with my Mexican husband 9 years ago lol. I cook american and afro-Caribbean because that’s what I am (veggie Rose is also Afro-Caribbean like me 😜) my x was d only one that cooked the Mexican dishes since he was Mexican so not sure how he made it either.
When I have it restaurants I can always taste the chocolate, some ppl make it more chocolatey and others more spicy...I like a little spice added, but for the most part I like the jarred because it’s more light
