Awesome, another Italian vegan! My wife and I have been vegan for 15 years and been incorporating all the traditional Italian recipes into vegan cooking. I recently bought the How not to Die book and want to start using the recipes with the super nutritionally dense foods described in the book to Italian recipes, so thank you for sharing your great recipes. I still use organic white flour for my vegan pizzas, haven't tried them with chickpea flour, might give it a try soon and my wife makes a tiramisu that will rival any dairy based tiramisu. We love your great recipes and cooking you do on your channel, more Italians need to start to do this.
Thank you so much! If I can inspire one person at a time, that's all that matters! But also... I hope day I can reach my bigger goals. Your support means a lot.
Just the recipe I was looking for and thank you also for taking the time to type up the measurements and procedures. Much appreciated ❤️ New subscriber
Thank you so much! I'm doing my best and really enjoying it. How Not To Die was one of the first books I read that made me rethink the way I eat. Amazing book! Recipes are pretty good too.
Looks really fun because its called editing!! You have no clue how much work goes into tracking down the ingredients, measuring them out neatly into those cups, then having to wash all the dishes. Also makes a hell of a mess on your hands. If you do that by yourself thats half a day gone to get 10 onion rings.
@@sightlesswisdom2559 haha so true, a lot of work behind the scenes. But it's all worth it and I enjoy the work and these recipes are work the effort! :) Hope you enjoy some of them, I try to create a mix of difficult and fast/simple recipes.
@@tryingveganwithmario well I certainly enjoyed watching but no way I am gonna try that. I did buy How Not to Die and downloaded the app. I will say that i have not gotten sick in the 2 years i have been following this diet. Coincidence? Possibly, but I doubt it.
@@sightlesswisdom2559 Sounds like you are a great example for the benefits of eating healthy! I'm glad we connected. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Nutritional yeast is really delicious. Unfortunately I am unable to eat it as it causes a certain condition I have to flare up. Does anyone know of a substitute, (vegan of course) I could use for flavor? So many good recipes use it, and I have to bypass them.
That's a great question! Nutritional yeast is everywhere these days! I don't have the perfect answer but I think a good starting point would be a cashew blend mixture. Pulse together 3/4 cup raw cashews, 2 tbsp chickpea flour, 3/4 tsp sea salt, 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
