Vegan Parmesan "Cheese" (2 Versions)

In this video, I show you how to make 2 versions of vegan Parmesan Cheese. The first version is the grated Parmesan in fine meal form which you can sprinkle on any dishes you like such as pizza, soup and popcorn. The second version would be the grateable Parmesan where you can grate freshly on your salad, pasta or lasagna. You can use either Parmesan interchangeably on any dishes you like depending on which form of Parmesan you prefer. Both of these Parmesan are dairy free and need to be stored in air-tight container in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup raw brazil nuts
1/2 cup raw cashew nuts
4 TBSP nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Sea salt (to taste)
