I made chilli con carne with the tvp and some brown Lentils , using the mingle flavour sachets and it was so delicious ! I would use hot stock instead of just water though for more Unami flavour
v2 products have disappeared from all the Coles near me (quite some months ago) and also Woolies, although I noticed just on the weekend Woolies are stocking them again. Did they maybe go through a repackaging? Really struggling to find a decent vegan sausage out there since Vegie Delights changed their recipe and they all taste like mould to me now. 😭 I'm guessing they've added some fermented process/ingredient. The Herb&Sons sausages used to be pretty good but they are long, long, long gone now.
Oops, sorry you lost your mango cups! Another good thing about having a dog is that they're always eager to "help" clean up food spills. 😏 We have some of these brands here in the US, and as you say it's always great to find vegan stuff on sale. This week at my store, Beyond sausage was marked down to $8.29, down from $12.79! I was SO tempted to get two.
Coles had sales on Arnotts products this week, so I got Nice biscuits and Raspberry Shortcakes after watching your video. Opened the raspberry shortcakes this afternoon, omg they are soooo good. Thanks for doing the video!

@@JackRockThatVeganDad The whole food fruit and veg would be ok if organic, but the chemicals in the processed foods are just no good for your body despite being "vegan" by definition.
