🍋Ingredients
1 cabbage (medium size), 1 carrot, 1 tbs cooking oil, 5 dried shiitake mushrooms, 1 cup black fungus, 2 bean curd sheets, 1 tbs garlic, 1 tbs light soy sauce, 1 tbs sesame oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp white pepper powder
----This recipe is for 16 rolls (2 bean curd sheets)

Can I use frozen beancurd skin instead of the dried kind or is it too soft?

I was using frozen beancurd skin. It will be soft when left in the room temperature for a while

Why do I keep chewing on them? I soaked the sheets then fried..still chewy 😕

I would advise to do steam after frying. it loosens up the skin.
