Definetly had many trolls. Keep on doing what you are doing. 💚. Also don't get why people freaked out over the feeding pet chikens their eggs, thing. It is like you said, they are mutated to lay way too many eggs, and those eggs aren't fertilaized so it is really just giving the nutrions back to your pet/companion

Cobalt mining. Haven't heard that one before. What I find interesting about that is livestock animals receive cobalt supplements in their feed to boost B12 production.

25 years Vegetarian. But do eat Free Range eggs. 2 daughters and one grandson also Vegetarian. I began while in Sri lanka with their tasty vegetable curries! J

As for the Canadian food guide. Pretty sure if you look online on the government page they say that they reduced the influence from industry in the guidelines. It doesn't say they stopped and I'm not sure if they said reduced it said something yeah I think it says reduced something along them lines anyway so in the wording you can see that maybe there's still a little influence but they're going closer more just what the science says. Which is a good first step I guess because you have to gradually get people used to something right. As much as people talk about the government's imposing on the people. In most cases they don't push extremely far because they know people will retaliate. And I'm not trying to pick up the political system because I have problems with it too. But nonetheless it could be worse and it could be better. I firmly believe we could have a totally different system altogether and would be even better. So just before you start thinking I'm on the government side nope I'm not. I'm just trying to be factual.

Humans are a frugivorous species. Every way we look it up and look deeper into it we'll find this truth. Yes it's possible to put a piece of almost anything in our mouths and swallow it, and it seemingly magically disappears, but that makes it whatever it originally was, not necessarily food. I'm not a vegan right now but i prefer veganinja or vegangsta when I do earn that categorization.. the ideal is mostly juicy fruit, as God designed us. But obviously this is so hard most fail throughout history. Eve and Adam did it, pretty much everyone you know does it and almost nobody calling themselves a vegan even does it.. Fruit is the only thing that truly makes sense though, naturally, anatomically, physiologically, financially, socially, spiritually, etc etc.. and if you eat all oranges, or apples, or another fruit, for months or the rest of your life, unless you're an indoors hermit or live in a severely polluted place, you'll never wonder about your "b12" levels Because? Cobalt is a free flowing element widely available, and so are the bacteria that create "b12" with it. The problem lies in the lies. If your body is working as divinely designed, and you need b12, the body/being will collect the required cobalt and bacteria from nature. It's about how well the body can use what is given, and what it is given. Researching foods finds fault and issues with all other foods far more than fruit, and it can usually be found to fix the issues other so-called foods cause. I know it's probably foreign information to most but if you seek the truth you'll find these facts. It took me years to see but it needn't take that long. Maybe your will is stronger than mine at the moment and you can try the livet out for yourself
