Congrats Allegiant I have been on hold for over 4.5 hours and counting. That’s not including the 2 other times I called at 3am and waited for an hour each time before giving up. That is over 6.5 hours of waiting on hood without being able to get a hold of anyone. This should be illegal. Stole my money and discriminated against a pregnant woman with a positive Covid test.
We are at the airport now, Alligent is not for families. Worst experience ever of 24 years of flying. I will never fly Alligent again. Ticketing and baggage has to be the worse I have ever experienced from Cincinnati to Arizona and back, hours waiting to check car seat. Slow and not one person was professional except the flight attendant on the way to AZ. We had to check our kids car seat and they actually checked the car seat bag for items in it. The kids toys where in there, basically what she uses when she's in the car seat. Oh and her liquid meds for the sinus. Told us we had to take the stuff out. Never ever any other airline ever checked or asked. I sincerely hope this changes or as it should drive them out of business.
