The Las Vegas Convention Center is getting ready to open its massive West Hall expansion. As part of the expansion the first 3 stations of the proposed Vegas Loop will open (LVCC Loop). This Vegas Loop system ushers riders between 3 Las Vegas Convention Center stations in Teslas going through .8 mile underground tunnels dug out by the Boring Company.
In this inside look at Vegas Loop I'll show you each of the three stations including the impressive multi-colored underground Central Station just below the Main Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. I'll also show you how the system runs and what it is like to head down into the Tesla Tunnels running just below Las Vegas.
The big question for Vegas Loop is its capacity. They are testing the system to see if matches up to what they need, but it is running fairly efficiently. They have procedures for pretty much any issue that could arise and their boarding process is straightforward with the Tesla ride being fun and quick. The drivers are super friendly too! Interesting a small tunnel with taxis 🤔 The tunnel would never be allowed in Sweden as all the safety measures seams to be missing. No escape routes or fans manage the smoke in case of a fire etc.

In Sweden what's the maximum distance allowed between emergency escape exits? In Las Vegas it's 762 meters. Stations are within that distance and are the emergency escapes. Ventilation fans in the central station are powerful enough to exhaust smoke from the tunnels.

these are not taxis(defined as a vehicle that collects fares), the LVCC loop vehicles will be free for guests. there are fans that move air through the tunnels, there is room for people to evacuate on foot around vehicles

@@Neojhun And get automated too. They do the other tunnel with autopilot, and as a Model 3 owner, I can confirm that autopilot would have no problem with that task. Autopilot is better than human on freeways (I never intervene on freeways), and tunnels are easier than freeways. The really high speeds will require automation. I don't think typical human drivers can consistently drive 120mph in those narrow lanes with perfect safety. In any case things will be much quicker by end of year. And it seems fast enough now, so it's just icing on the cake.

@@niuchajianfa6222 of course I would trust my life on it. Every time anyone uses any form of transportation, they are trusting their lives to it. This is no different. Tesla has an excellent safety record, despite absurd cherry picked FUD stories to the contrary, and I trust Boring Company by extension. I don't see anything dangerous about this system.

Wow it's so great, it's weird that we haven't thought in something like this or even more efficient, say so like a train that moves even faster, that covers the entire city, doesn't contamitate like those huge car batteries and that can move hundreds of people at the same time (not only 5). For the convention center loop they don't actually need to transport 10 or 1000 times the amount of people. So any additional money you spent on a subway would be wasteful and inefficient. The bid for a subway that they received was four times as much money and would have taken longer to build.

A bus driver has to drive along clogged roads, stop at every station and stop-sign/red-light. The trip in a slow bus vs. the direct Loop is no contest: Loop wins, since people value a quick, safe trip above all else. Plus, Loop will have minibuses before long. If people prefer buses, they can take one in Vegas. I am certain that a Strip Loop will dominate and be the choice 99% of the time over a pathetic bus, which just isn't flexible enough to offer direct service to any of the 50 stations planned for the Strip Loop. Loop will become driverless pretty soon too; it's easier in a controlled tunnel system than out in the real world.

Drivers wear a headset and have a command module so I am not sure if the audio is routed through there. Autopilot did pick up a lot of false things in the tunnels too.

Yeah, weems likely that the only things they need for FSD tunnel operation is removing some trivial false positives, and then test in level 2 mode till they rack up a bunch of intervention-free miles. No way this could take more than a few months.

I totally get this sentiment, but I do want to point out they only spent $50M on this compared to far more for a train or other system and Boring is going to be taking on much of the risk of expanding the system. So real transport would have cost a ton more, but no doubt this system has limitations and is different in what it will eventually be. Thanks!

This will be a real transport system, and far more value than a subway or surface train. A subway the size of the planned Strip Loop would probably be over $20B and take 10+ years to build, and it wouldn't have as many stations or the flexibility of direct station-to-station service. Loop is better than traditional trains and buses; you'll see.

That's obviously new; just ask any city how much it costs build a road underground. Why wouldn't a tunnel with a road last? Tunnels are no good? Roads don't work? Cars don't run? What's to fail in a system where everything is already mass-produced and proven for a century? The only issue is, are the tunnels really safe? We'll find that out when they are operated for a few years. If so, Loop tunnels will obviously be big.

@@charliedoyle7824 It’s how the tunnels are used. This method of operating transport has been done loads of times and it’s just not very practical, that’s what isn’t new. A cheaper tunnel isn’t going to change what fundamentally just isn’t as practical for operation as a metro.

Over land, it takes about 20 plus minutes to get from one side to the other due to traffic. Using the tunnel only takes about 7 mins. Which one do you want to ride now?

I think this is an exhibit I suppose all those support staff won't be there overtime. Just security and drivers. An information desk either digital or 1 person and that should be enough.

@@sarowie but uber does the same no one is saying it's staff intensive. And since the plan is to go to pod of 12-18. It won't be always 3 passengers. And it will become autonomous eventually so this is interim. But with the 180k convention numbers sited, even if they did have drivers for ever it's not over staffing just remove the people in the lobby and your all good

A subway to serve the whole Strip would be gigantically expensive, and not feasible. This Loop system is a small fraction of the cost and more flexible. Vegas is lucky to be first.

The only reason why we don’t have any decent way to get up and down the strip is because the Casinos think they can make a couple more dollars my making every tourist have to walk up and down the strip on foot passing each of their Casinos or taking a Uber/Lyft which is ridiculous. Every other major city has built tram or subway to get around just for their residents and we have 44,000,000 tourists visit the strip. We are not in the 1970’s anymore buddy get on the ball!!!

People flying into the airport can’t even find a decent way to get to the strip only a couple miles off the strip they are stuck at the airport fir hours waiting for Uber or Lyft! It’s crazy insane. So Las Vegas answer to get the several hundred thousand convention goers sometimes daily visiting one event snd the 44,000,000 tourists visiting is to have them walk to a Tesla station and wait for a little Tesla car that holds 4 or 5 people at a time to drive them in a tube a few miles? It’s gimmicky….

@@mickwelch8515 What are you talking about? Every other city has built a tram or subway, except LV? Las Vegas has a monorail, which has gone bankrupt twice, and is a financial failure with too few stations, and too expensive and inflexible to serve the whole strip, while costing way more, and requiring a large staff to operate. An LV subway with dozens of stations would cost many tens of billion$, and could work, but would be much riskier, and not busy enough most days to pay the bills. Most American cities have a tiny subway, or none at all; same with light rail, which all have too few stations, and cost a ton, while crowding out the other vehicles. This Loop creates its own roads, has lots of cheaper stations, and is cheap and flexible to operate, using mass-produced EVs that are cheap and need little maintenance. When they are autonomous, the system will make tons of sense.

@@mickwelch8515 The Loop system has the cheapest extra roads a city can build: cheap tunnels. No other transportation system can touch new lanes for $10M per mile. It also has stations that are far cheaper than subways or elevated stations like the absurd monorail. The proposed Strip Loop shows about 50 stations. A subway couldn't possibly have that many; it would be technically and financially impossible. So your claim about all that walking to a station is absurd. There will be more Loop stations than for any other type of system, with direct service to 50 places in town. What other type of transport system can offer that? The monorail has only seven stations, and it has gone bankrupt twice; is that your answer, more monorail?

It's a different take on people moving; promotes electric cars and Tesla for sure. A kitsch concept that Vegas can promote which isn't a bad thing. I envision some crazy, subliminal advertising happening on the walls of those tunnels. Definitely a plus for convention goers conveniently getting in/out of venues/events which are typically time sensitive and scheduled. It speedily gets you there without dealing with regular street traffic/delays. We gotta try alternatives to alternatives. Isn't that was ingenuity and progress is all about? If they can pull off a bigger system, like you say Shawn, it just might pay off. Was great to see this up close. Thanks for bringing it as always!

I think the tunnels could perhaps have features of augmented reality, or the windows of the tesla will be High Definition monitors. The window could function for advertising things to do in Vegas with a virtual stewardess, while the car automatically drives.

I think their max penalty is a couple of million. It does seem based on their public positioning they hit their capacity, but we will see. I'm glad the LVCVA put that clause in there though because it is forcing them to push as hard as possible to meet those numbers.

@@sarowie I think these tunnels are far less expensive than a subway system (which is part of why they are so narrow, cost goes up very quickly as a tunnel gets wider). Obviously there are better solutions if cost isn't taken into account. I remember reading about it somewhere, but I don't know the exact cost comparison off the top of my head.

I really don't understand all the hate this tunnel is getting. I love the fact that we're trying something new. Vegas has always lacked good public transportation. Rather if this works or not, I love the fact that we are looking for better alternatives instead of doing nothing.

I have gone to that very outdated convention center for more than 20 years. Ill tell you a secret. Before they had this third hall many attendees would walk a few mins or take a golf cart. Thats it. No fancy cars in a tunnel. The cost for this. INSANE.

Self driving cars with a driver, driving through a small tunnel, with passengers crossing road to get to the loading & uploading area. A someone thinks this is a good idea? Trams at amusement parks carry more people with less drivers a helluva lot less. Hey, but weren’t the cars supposed to be driverless and move faster. I can’t wait to see how long the lines are when CES happens in January.

What do you mean by efficient? Cost efficient; this cost $50mil a tram would be at least $2billion (drivers are already included). Time efficient; this was made in about a year a tram would take 10 years. Faster; if you get into one of these it doesn’t stop and wait for people to get on and off like a tram does so you get to your destination quicker… the only problem is wait time how long you’ll wait for a vehicle after ordering, that is currently unknown but this is more efficient in every way

And how exactly is lugging around heavy batteries more efficient than third rail? And apparently tire wear doesn't exist. And last time I checked 1 driver per 300 ppl is better than 1 per 4. And perhaps batteries being being flammable and all aren't that good of an idea in a tunnel with no ventilation (or safety precautions in general). And mind explaining how using luxury cars is somehow more efficient than dedicated transport vehicles.

Thanks for the video. Very cool for now but in the long run they are going to want movers that can carry more people. First convention and those lines will be massive and discourage people from using it. So question is what will the higher volume mover be? Some sort of Telsa shuttle? Or maybe a monorail?

It had long line only due to the SCHEDULED rides. It wont be as long when the they have convention. Some will naturally take taxis or Ubers. Convention itself is about 1 mile long and it takes people using taxis or cars about 20 mins or longer to go only 1 mile. That is why they had this tunnel built.

@@WMUBronco Blame it on the Vegas Convention committee then. They were the ones who gave Elon and the Boring company their specifications. Their requirements for passenger capacity per hour was 4400 minimum. They passed that number with flying colors. Their passenger capacity will hit around 7k per hour with faster speed and a new vehicle that Boring company will build with higher passenger carrying capacity..

Excellent video on this exciting development for my home city of Las Vegas! The tunnels look narrow though. Did they address how people could evacuate the vehicle inside the tunnel if needed? It looks too narrow to even open a door. Just wondering your take. Thanks.

Hi Anna. There is plenty of space to open a car door. For example a Tesla Model Y is 76" wide while the tunnel is 144" wide. There is about 5 1/2 feet of clearance total and the doors can be opened. Really hard to show that on video I admit.

Yeah I agree that will be a gamechanger. I noticed autopilot seeing trucks and other anomalies in the tunnels so I think they'll have to develop a different system but that shouldn't be difficult given it is a mostly controlled environment.

Yo man good realistic review. I think it has promise too but there are definitely some hurdles to overcome. They gotta get them going faster and running on autopilot. 30 miles per hour is not gonna cut it. They also may have to make some sort of van that has higher capacity and is specifically for this purpose. Then we're basically talking about a subway. I guess the grand vision has the tunnels integrating into the existing road system so having cars instead of a true subway would make sense. But that's got a long way to go.

The pods will never arrive, looking at the development cost and the small amount of units they are going to need, even with multiple loops, they would never turn a profit on those. And the even with pods, the capacity is so small, it will not make sense.

That was interesting. I was curious to see how this would work. Will it be successful? I think a lot of people will want to use it as it is another unique/novelty/curiosity of Las Vegas. I think it will be limited in the numbers of passengers it can carry per hour, but that may be all they need as others will get around on foot. Was it a terrible idea? No, but I think it was a silly idea. The road beds seem to be bumpy. Will the vehicles be operated with Tesla's Autopilot System in the future? And one more thing: why didn't Tesla paint these cars in a special, unique color, perhaps with awesome artwork or graphics? Thanks Shawn!! 👍

No other system exists like this, but the interesting part is the future promise and not what is there today. Today it is using off the shelf tech, but the promise is a system that uses smaller pod like autonomous vehicles and travels around to any of the major tourist destinations.

Just because some youtubers and techcrunch either haven't read or reported those details doesn't mean their snark and derision is accurate. Outside of NY, how's that subway efficiency working at getting drivers to stop driving? It mostly isn't. If a future metropolitan area reduces average energy usage per trip of ALL people, that's superior to a comparable metro area that still has so many people doing energy inefficient trips in trucks and SUVs and average energy usage per trip is higher.

Look at European cities if you make mass transit easily accessible people will use it a small tram system in that tunnel would be vastly superior to a bunch of cars driving on tarmac

Yup, that's in the plan. Using off-the-shelf Tesla's is expedient at the moment, and sufficient for the flow rate promised in the contract. There will be larger and cheaper pods later, but these would only be cheaper when made in volume.

Great start, but I prefer to think a few years in the future. Cars will be replaced with autonomous people movers. They may not even have windows. Looking at a tunnel can get boring (or Claustrophobic for some). Think of wall mounted monitors that project picturesque roadways with billboards for advertising. You can’t just look at the present incarnation. This is just a stopgap implementation using available and familiar modes of present day transportation.

$50 million is super cheap for what Vegas got! Plus, how short of a time it took to build. Viva Las Vegas!! The new Purple Line Extension in Los Angeles is supposed to cost $9.3 billion and only goes about 9 miles. It has three sections. Voters approved it in 2008, and section 2 is proposed to be done in 2025 and Section 3 has no competition date yet. So that’s $9.3 billion for 9 miles in probably over 9 years! Way to go @boringcompany and @elonmusk! #vegas

Keep in mind a subway is more than just this BORING ass cement shoe box in the ground. A subway station actually has retail, bathrooms, security, multi-levels, etc and has to maneuver miles and miles of pre-existing structures. LA is an older and BIGGER city than Vegas. Never mind has earthquakes, so it has to be up to code too.

@@reinerw.1158 The Boring Co. is researching how to dig one mile per week; give them time, this is their first project. If they achieve that, it will be even cheaper than this LVCC Loop, which was $50M for 1 mile of 2-way tunnel and 3 stations. A comparable 1-mile subway would probably be over $1B, and would be impossibly expensive to extend to the LV Strip. Subways are also more expensive to operate and maintain.

No service land, but they have a vehicle that can tow out the cars if they break down. Each driver is also trained to drive the tunnels in reverse so they can back out any vehicles stuck behind a blockage.

3 passengers per car. 2 in the back and one in the front passenger seat. This is for the convention center so no luggage although you can take any backpacks or other small bags you have with you into the car.

Where else would I be able to ride in a Tesla that goes from the Las Vegas Convention Center all the way to the Las Vegas Convention Center. Imagine!! I think Las Vegas missed a chance to invest in an above ground shuttle right down the strip. Maybe the taxi and metro bus influence is still to strong to propose that type of solution.

LV already has a monorail down the strip, with about 7 stations, from north of the convention center to near the airport. One of the stations is right next to the middle Loop station. LV Monorail has gone bankrupt twice, and is a boondoggle that will eventually be taken down, replaced by the Strip Loop.

Regardless of success or failure, the Vegas tunnel project will is a big win in terms of learning for the Boring Co. I wouldn’t be surprised if they use this as a test case for their autonomous taxi service.

As of now the initial system was the 3 convention center stations. A full Vegas Loop system was approved this week but it isn't even under construction yet. That said, as of now there is an extension to this convention center system with stations being built at Resorts World and Encore.

Cars aren't the issue, size of tunnels for proper evacuation are (aka if you have 10 cars stacked behind each other) given it is narrower than a single lane. Particularly should you have a lithium fire the firefighters need to get at.

What about handicap and wheelchair accessibility? The wheelchair cab availability in Vegas is minimal and wait times are hours. Just tired of the disabled population still being ignored in transportation, didn't see any wheelchair users in line either.

Boring Company and Tesla could make dedicated bus and attach them together to make a long train, in which each segment could detach and go on their own separate way, but that would need development money. Elon's business ethic and preference as an engineer makes him willing to shell out billions for RnD but Elon still need a customer, and if the customer doesn't want high density transportation system, I don't think they will bother to develop it, unless it is essential for the future of the company.

While a Subway train definitely carries more people, hence has a higher capacity, it's the cost compared to the capacity that really stands out. A Subway would cost at least three times as much per mile. This tunnel can also easily be expanded with two more lanes allowing for a higher capacity. Also this system is a direct system. In a Subway if you want to go from point A to point C, you are forced to stop at station B which takes longer. With this system, you can bypass station B and go straight to C.

Well, the idea is to have a huge system throughout the whole City in which the passengers can choose where to go and skip all other stations. Trains would be more expensive and you would have longer loading times at stations as it isn't worth it using a whole Train for 5 people

There does not seem to be any emergency access for first responders, sprinklers, or even painted arrows people can use if they need to walk to the nearest station. (The local fire-marshal is okay with this place?) Are there any bypass tunnels cars can use if a section become blocked? Tunnel maintenance... a flat tire... power failure? Can drivers or autonomous vehicles stop and back up if needed? I did see a fire extinguisher at 6:10 but I hardly think that's adequate.

They back the cars out and have smoke removal and fire suppression. Tunnel is only 1 mile long with the big station in the middle of it. That’s the rules and while I’m no expert on fire safety it feels fine when riding.

@@nicholashylton6857 You’re never more than 1200 feet from an exit (to a station) in these tunnels. Firefighters don’t bring their vehicles into buildings or even into regular subway tunnels. The Clark County fire department worked with The Boring Company on emergency equipment and procedures. The drivers have to demonstrate that they can back up in the tunnels before they can drive in them. The cars won’t be affected by a power failure, and the tunnel lights have backup power. Tunnel maintenance would be scheduled for a time when the system is closed. This loop is only open when the convention center is open. There haven’t been any breakdowns in the LVCC loop so far. If there were, I think they’d suspend operations until they clear the vehicle. The could always use a flag man system to alternate traffic flow through the open tunnel. They could use the gamer lights to turn the tunnel entrance red or green in place of an actual flag holder. One driver said the red was a signal not to enter a tunnel. It would not be smooth traffic flow. They’d clear the obstructing vehicle as quickly as possible, and then change the sign in the break room that says “X days without a breakdown in the tunnels” from 437 to 0.

Normal subway tunnels are designed to allow emergency responders into, and train passengers out of the area as quickly and safely as possible. In addition, the people who operate the trains are trained on escorting people to safely. The crews usually have access to flashlights and reflective vests. _"The drivers have to demonstrate that they can back up in the tunnels before they can drive in them."_ Perhaps I'm confused about this setup. Will the vehicles be operated by trained and qualified individuals or just ordinary people who have been evaluated after a test of some sort? The gentleman in the video says he's been around the loop 65 times. I wish the video was a little more clear on the specifics about the facility's operations.

@@nicholashylton6857 I don't know every detail of their safety plans. I do know that they worked with the fire department to develop and test them. Drivers have mentioned that they are trained (including training on how to respond to questions from passengers). One obvious difference between this and traditional subway is the number of people per vehicle. You won't have a hundred people to guide out of a multi-carriage vehicle and onto a narrow escape path in the dark. Most people using the tunnel will evacuate in the vehicle they are already in. Only the few passengers and drivers in the directly affected vehicles will need to escape on foot. They can choose the shortest route, forward or back the way they came. If they choose back, they might even catch a ride in one of the other cars. If they choose forward, the path should be clear, as traffic in front would have kept going. You're never more than 1200 feet from an exit. Another difference from a subway is that there are no hazardous rails to trip over and no electrified "third rail". The roadway is smooth, flat, and 9 feet wide. No rats, no giant alligators, no homeless people, and no secret villain lairs to stumble upon. The fireman I saw interviewed who was familiar with the tunnels seemed impressed by the ventilation system that could direct smoke, fumes, and flames away from evacuating passengers and away from approaching first responders. The Loop is designed with safety in mind, though some of that safety might have been imposed externally, like the current max speed of 40 mph in the tunnels and 10 mph in the stations.

Trust me, the Convention Authority could have spent this $50 million on worse projects, easily. This works for taking people around the Convention Center easily, and it introduces new technology that can be adapted for different needs down the road. The test seemed to go well in meeting the number of people transported per hour, but it will not meet that goal once the system goes live. Once conventioneers start using these, they will be slower at the loading/unloading process, as they lug their electronic devices and other things along in backpacks, carryon bags and the like. I wonder how much the system will slow down as conventioneers accidentally leave cell phones or other items behind when they exit the cars. 😁 And, of course, I want to see if there is any problems should there be a rainstorm or earthquake. I think this was a worthwhile project. If LV decides to do a downtown-Strip-airport connector, they need to modify this into more of a LRT clone with electric buses 🚌 containing space for seating and luggage. It would have to run about every 15 - 20 minutes to allow enough loading/unloading time. And, of course, good luck controlling costs. Did you win the flamethrower? If so, Mark will never argue with you again. 🔥

@@seanz6586 The LV loup is only 0.8 miles at a cost of $52 Million and is basically a one lane loup. The Big Dig is a multi lane highway at about 8 miles each way and comes out to 161 lane miles, about $150 Million per lane mile. There were many issues digging under Boston, moving existing infrastructure, some land acquisition, leaks, etc. Granted it is three times higher, but I would argue that it is serving it's purposes more than what Musk came out with at the convention center. Also one is a self contained system vs a major artery that goes to and from Boston. Musk promised 4,000 passengers per hour at 135 MPH, that is what he said. He is a little short of that. Putting Teslas in there is great marketing for Tesla, but it is not what I call a sophisticated transit system. Again, tunnels are not new so Musk and company did not do anything revolutionary. If he ever completes his plan for a more complex Loup system in LV, come back and tell me how much it cost.

Are the cars in auto pilot mode with drivers there as a safety measure? Because if the drivers do this non stop, those narrow tunnels could cause strain and affect accurate driving. I can see some drivers fatiguing and hitting tunnel walls. That would be my biggest concern. Please explain....

If they only had TWO stations: 1 car with 3 passengers (4 later on if they can get autonomous) has to enter the tunnel every 5 seconds in order to hit the 4400 per hour. That assumes equal traffic each way - 2200 per hour in each direction. That’s 36 people per minute in each direction. Or 12 3-passenger cars per minute in each direction. Or one 3-passenger car every 5 seconds, in each direction. But, they have three stations and I don’t know how to calculate it with 3 stations but the necessary rate of cars moving into a tunnel would be lower as now some movement through the tunnel would have a stop and unload/load and be considered as carrying 6 passengers. It seems like they are easily putting cars into the tunnels at 1per 5 second rate. The bottleneck could not just be passenger entry/exit, but the limited parking at the stations. They could use some more parking spots at each one.

The math is tough, but we should know soon. It is in their contract that they have to deliver on that capacity number or they face some financial penalties. I believe we'll see the data either way, but I'd be shocked if they could squeeze anything more out given the system they have now. They were running it like a machine.

As demonstrator for new people mover / mass transit system do you not think that it looks like a bit of a damp squib. Take out the colour changing lights and what style innovations are you left with. I hope they still have a lot of finishing off to do because it it has the styling feel of a multi-storey mall car park. Crowd handling at boarding exiting bays is poor , I can easily see someone getting hurt in the not too distant future, even someone tripping as they get out of the vehicle and falling into the path of a car passing. Also seems nuts that the main road way does not enter the tunnel in a straight line directly from the station, they have to steer a kick to get into the tunnel that has no blend-in profile just a sharp edge, doesn't even have any protective barrier in case a car did catch an edge. The clip with the car dropping into the tunnel from the outside station meets cars coming in the opposite direction rounding a corner and it's completely unprotected if a driver lost concentration or focus for a second and drifted over the line. Looks like the hype has far exceeded results.... just my opinion.

If they encounter problems, they will FIX them. Also, did you not know that Tesla have a DRIVER ASSIST system? The vehicle WILL NOT hit the edge of the tunnel. You are like most naysayers. @@1flash3571 I'm sure you are aware that collision avoidance and driver assist systems are not infallible and have failed to detect in the past, especially with pedestrians rather than vehicles... yes they are better than previous iterations but not 100%. You may put 100% faith in autonomy saving your life if you stepped out in front of a Tesla but I don't even think Tesla would recommend anyone should risk doing that just to see if the system does work. I think you are also confusing risk assessment verse's risk averse. I was stating that from a risk assessment in my eyes there are some areas that maybe should be reviewed further, I don't know if they will or nor or if any aspects of safety formed part of the questionnaire document that participants were asked to fill in. I would hope it did to get some true feedback. Not sure of the reason for your capitalisation at times, I always feel it tends to detract from a civil exchange of views.

This will probably help LVCC. But in the long term, I cannot see how a shuttle from the airport would work, or even be practical using Teslas and tunnels. This definitely looks to me, like a big promo for Tesla. Scalability is the big issue. I cannot see any narrow tunnel thing with cars in it, solving transportation problems in LV.

that is why you don't have a company. Your vision has no imagination. Imagine having these tunnels all over (underground) and having access points within the city. Elevator takes you underground and the car or a passenger vehicle is waiting for you. It takes you throughout the city at various points near your destination. You only need only 6 or 10 major inlet or outlet with other stop points with elevators that goes from the top to the tunnels. No need for escalators which takes up large space. Just need a elevator type booths on the ground. You get in, and go below. Take the vehicle to where you are going and go out the same way using elevator. DIRECT transportation to your destination. Better than a rail system with only few stop points.
