I'd like to see you do the Vegemite again and put a dab on the bread and then see if that makes a difference. Some say also to put butter on the toast.

You put too much vegemite, should've used half of the first dab that you took. And tastes nicer with butter. Btw, vegemite is the leftover crap from the bottom of the vat from beer making.

i was silently screaming "what are you doing??" at my laptop when i saw you slathering the vegemite on. butter is needed and a tiny scraping of vegemite on toast. my Nan used to use it like...bullion if she had run out of the cubes

So just to let you know, that Vegemite taste test was the more intense version. For a more subtle flavor, try adding butter first. As soon as the toast is ready, spread the butter, followed by a thin spread of Vegemite. If you do it before the toast cools it's easier to spread. There's quite a flavor difference between the two. It's worth giving it another go before the jar expires :P

I live in Australia and I know for a fact that not everyone has vegemite on toast. And if you ever have it again only put a thin layer on, not too much otherwise it tastes horrible. And also have butter with it, it helps with the taste. The red rock deli chips come in all sorts of flavours as well. They are awesome. Also the 'sharpies' are not called that they are called 'Shapes' as in 'Shape' with an s on the end. And Tim Tams are amazing. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!

With the minties wrappers the aim is to get them as long and as thin as possible. You need dip with the shapes best dip is reduced cream and onion soup mix mixed together and chilled

If you put butter on the toast before the vegemite it helps the vegemite spread easier and makes the vegemite less strong. You also put double the amount you needed.

The idea behind tearing the Minties wrapper into a thin strip, is by the time you finish doing it you'll most likely have finished eating the Mintie; also, the one with the longest string is the winner. Enjoy.

Vegemite is particularly good with cheese on toast. I feel for you putting so much on the toast though!!!!! Most of us have it with butter too. You're supposed to be able to see the bread through it :P And you're supposed to read the trivia bits on the Fantale wrappers! The macadamia is Australia's only native nut. Tim Tams are the food of the gods. They come in a stack of flavours too.

Also try Vegemite sandwich with butter on both slices of bread with a thin layer of Vegemite on both slices and then salt n vinegar chips and squash together

We get Tim Tams here in Canada at our loco grocery store called no frills nd they r addicting just like pocky

Jess, I eat Vegemite but with Butter on the toast first then sparingly the vegemite!!! good try though. I also give my cats their medicine but I let them lick a finger full of vegemite, they love it. and the minties, pull a corner of the actual Minties as long as you can. we eat the shapes with dip and the Milo stars I also think you need milk. it is a cereal and milk flavouring. and next time you have TimTams's you can eat the ends of and suck your warm tea through the TimTam. totally awesome and not wafer, Biscuit!! xxx

You ate the Tim tams wrong, you need to make a small bite diagonally across each corner then you dip one corner into hot choc, or coffee and suck the hot liquid through the other corner. Yes It may seem weird but its yummy! Love these videos & I love how Greg has to fight the girls to taste test everything 👍 From an Aussie fan

You should dip the Tim Tam in milk after you bite both ends, it's so good because the milk goes through it like a straw :D Believe me I tried it :3

Try biting both ends of the tim tam off, and then use the remainder as a "straw" and use it with a cup of coffee. Must be quick, or it will melt :)

I don't think much of Vegemite either, guess you have to be a true Aussie to like that stuff, I was born in Aust. but barely been hear, migrated in 2001 to Queensland. My mom used it for cooking as a salt supplement when we visited Aust. in the '80's, I never noticed. But then she puts the leftover tea in everything. Typical of someone who was brought up during the war. Nothing goes to waste.

I'm 100% Australian and I love Vegemite....It's an Aussie thing....We eat it with tasty cheese on a slice of bread or a dry biscuit or on toast....

When using Vegemite, the toast must be hot and smothered with butter NOT margarine and then only a small amount on the tip of the knife and spread it very sparingly over the entire toast. The resultant colour of your toast should be light tan to a medium brown; any darker, you're asking for trouble.

Tongue challenge. Put a we bit of Vegemite on your finger and spread on puppies nose and time how long it takes for that big floppy tongue to stop. Never tried it with Wolf but with Lilly and my previous dog Tippy, poor sods.
