Many people have told us they love the sounds of us harvesting our vegetables and we hope you do as well!
We farm over 400 acres here in north east Pennsylvania, but 80 of those acres are strictly vegetables. Come take a look and see how our family works together to bring in the harvest!

Speaking of cabbages, one of the most beautiful things I ever saw was a frozen cabbage! We got a freeze in Florida one year and still had some cabbages in the ground. They looked like giant green roses with diamond dust sparkling! And they were unfazed, we ate them a few days later Lol. I wish I could help y'all with the harvest, its one of the best things on this planet 🌻

Depression is a chemical imbalance. Eat foods that replace “serotonin” or go to the Dr. for antidepressants. It’s not you!!! It’s an imbalance.

in 1989 i visited friends in Pittsburgh, and was impressed by the hills. Like an east coast "San Francisco". Nice new header, for harvest. Good to see everyone in good health. Your daughter was so subdued, cute. Sandwiches are great for lunch, maybe "Miracle Whip" on it?? thanks to the whole family for another visit🌽🧸

You know that the leaves of the peppers can be eaten? We include that in our food called tinolang manok. It is viand or chicken soup with pepper leaves and papaya. Try to look a recipe of it. Include only the young leaves.

Question: Does the sun yellowing of cauliflower affect the taste/texture, or is it just a presentation/visual/aesthetic thing that customers prefer white? Thanks! Great videos. Put me down for another hundred likes!

@@siddharthasiddhartha5471 It may not affect the flavor any, but some people can't stand the idea of yellow or purple cauliflower. As an example, I tried to use blue potatoes for the mashed potatoes on Thanksgiving. My mother agreed that they tasted the same as white potatoes, but she doesn't ever want them again. She can't accept the different hue of the mashed potatoes. Personally, I think that they should sell vegetable s of different hues. And I mean more than the bell peppers. Speaking of which, I never knew that there were purple bell peppers until I came across this channel.

For sale in the farm market we trim them up and make them look nice, but they have the choice of getting the leaves

Glad to see farmers actually making the money off of their produce. I feel so guilty paying the money I pay at the store knowing that the farmers get a tiny fraction of the price, while seeing you handpick my veggies
