Vegetable Biryani
Ingredients
Basmati rice - 1cup
Carrot, beans, potato - each ½ cup
Peas - 1 cup
Oil - 3 tbl spoon
Ghee - 1 tbl spoon
Cinnamon stick - 1
Star anise - 1
Cloves - 2
Cardamom - 2
Bay leaf
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbl spoon
Tomato - 1
Mint leaves
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - ½ teaspoon
Turmerci powder - ¼ teaspoon
Salt
Curd - 3 tbl spoon

tried this now with my mom ,idu madri semmaya enga veetla idku mina briyani panadhey ila , quantities yelamey apdiye nenga sna madriye potom ,but potato and curd matum veetla ila ,so adhu matum add panala . irundalum apdi oru taste ,thanks alot for this amazing recipe :)
