chop ingredients
add oil
Pan fry noodles for 5 minutes
two eggs AND SALT
Oil
Pour egg in and let it cook with stove off
Roll egg into thin omelette
Chop eggs
Oil wok
Put ingredients in, make sure ingredients are on the bottom
1 tbsp of cooking wine
Make sure vegetables on bottom, noodles on top
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of oyster sauce
1 tsp of soy sauce
1/2 tsp of sesame oil
Mix
Add scallion and egg from before and mix
