when you make your regular stock paste, will you please weigh the jars and the weight of the total talk paste produced before you place them in the jar. Then please weigh what you consider a heaping teaspoon and weigh a heaping tablespoon. This way I can get a rough estimate of the amount of sodium in a tablespoon and teaspoon. I know this won’t be perfectly accurate, but I can’t get any informationas to the sodium content for tablespoon or teaspoon. It should be around simple process and I would really appreciate if somebody would do that. A lot of Thermomix users would love you for it.
