Hi Lavina, Athens is only partly stroller friendly … the main attractions like the Acropolis, the Agora are not but areas like Plaka and the museums are. If it’s easier to carry your 1.5 year old in a carrier then that’s a good idea. However, bear in mind that you’ll be walking a lot so it might be tough with the carrier all the time. If possible, get both and use what suits in different locations around the city.
The savory fritters are awesome love Greek food, also Indian cuisine have similar style foods and the use of yoghurt is pretty much used a lot in Indian cuisine.
