Vehicle Collision Involving Pedestrian

At approximately 11:45 PM there were calls of a vehicle collision involving a pedestrian at 28th Ave and McDowell when police and fire arrived. They find a man that was struck by a Dodge charger that was traveling westbound on McDowell. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital in serious condition. The driver of the Dodge charger was taken into custody after failing field sobriety tests.
