The MQB platform has relatively strict specifications for keys. If you are using an auxiliary factory key and the current key fails to match, it is recommended to try a key from another manufacturer. 2. when reading the vehicle PIN code before key adding, please put the end where the original car key chip is located in the sensing area. If it still cannot be recognized, it is recommended to take out the induction coil and put it on the key 3. During the matching process, please ensure that the car door is closed, and there is always only one key in the car, and operate strictly according to the device prompts

@@TopdonOfficial thank you for your reply, for 2017 mqb NEC35xx adds transponder fine but looses all other functions, tried 3 different key manufacturers ands it makes dealer key and adds it but then all remote functions stop including any OE, and then by removing the aftermarket all the OE starts to work again. I've seen that using the wrong key frequency but oe would still work but in this 2 different models cars a year apart same results with 3 different key manufacturers. Any thoughts on that? Thank you.

@@jorgemat8080 Are you saying that you programmed the 2017 mqb NEC35xx with three different new keys using the T-ninja box, and the car can be ignited successfully, but the remote control functions such as unlocking and locking keys are invalid? Also, what does ‘remove the aftermarket all the OE starts to work again’ mean? @@TopdonOfficial yes exactly that but I did not program 3 new keys at once was 2 oe keys and one aftermarket and all 3 lost proximity to lock/unlock and buttons stopped working on all 3, then I programmed just the 2 oe back and they work %100 so then I added a different aftermarket key and all back to just engine start and lost all other functions again repeated that 3 times and on the forth time just did the oe keys and sent customer out without a new key just the 2 oe keys they had and working %100. If you look at key supplier reviews you see people complaining about the key and say it's the key but I believe it's a programming issue ( VW issue), I could be wrong but 3 aftermarket keys 2 cars same results. Anyway thank you and I'm looking into this deeper and will post any updates I come across.
