Veiled Chameleons as Pets : How to Identify Eggbound Female Veiled Chameleons 

Hey my female has laid a bunch of eggs but she still looks and acts sick I've found over 25 eggs but she still acts this way is it possible she could have gotten eggbound after laying so many? Thank you

If that's the case, then why do so many people have female chameleons that live past egg laying?

Gotcha. I thought you meant they die right after laying. Thank you for clarifying. I guess I'll find out firsthand after mine lays. Also, I just wanted to say that I think that it unfair to say vets are idiots. I know one that took very good care of my iguana and ended up saving her life. I'm not saying that all are geniuses, I just think that we also shouldn't call them all idiots either. Not trying to attack you. Just throwing my two cents in.
