And as usual behaviors, choices, lifestyle of both parents that were no issue to either being an active equal parent, come to be weapons to take complete custody the second the parents split up. Yet not one judge, not one lawyer ever brings that fact up. They only focus on the complaints they each have out of hard feelings to one another. The children become prawns of the courts and the system, both sides end up punished financially, emotionally, and by loss of equal custody and all because the two adults that made choices to have a child when they once loved one another, can't adult and parent for the betterment of the child. It's a war between the adults and the children are the tools to hurt the other when the child is the only one that should matter. Children need both parents equally in their life. As a parent it said so much about you can a human, am adult when you can't di what's best for the child you love and put it into the courts hands to control and put where they please. Courts should be the LAST place any parent wants to be for the issue of their children. Grow up. Move on. Co parent!!!
Of course because these courts are SCAMS that rely on these cases to make themselves money. They charge to file motions, go to mediators, child interviewers and hire lawyers. That is what it is all about making money of warring people who are bitter towards each other. Sorry, did you really buy that whole best interest of the children BS??
