In this weeks episode we welcome Andy Barker to the pod! Andy is the ex Head Physio at Leeds Rhinos where assisted the players in their rehabilitation for over 10 seasons! He was also a vital part of the treble winning season in 2015. Since then Andy has gone on to assist the FA and other elite athletes in recovery and grown his own New Grad Physio Workshop, where he helps university graduates become confident!
