Yes, the animators and art team (primarily Lindsay for the character designs and stage backgrounds) always knock it out of the park. I can forgive a few very minor and hard-to-find animation errors on the rushed production close to the end of 2023.
If you turn on infinite magic in training mode and play as Velvet, you can use her Wind ability (forward plus the magic button) to trap the other player in a never-ending rise up to the sky in whatever animation or state they were in when they left the ground (launched or jumped). If they're not in hitstun, they can still do aerial attacks. This is a cool way to see the 3D stage from more high up, revealing a little bit more of how Lindsay Towns constructed it.
