Backstabs deal 6 times more damage than the current health of the enemy. For example if someone currently had 100 health the backstab would deal 600 damage.
I think Jerma found his way into the game's Skybox. As in, falling off a level in a rather predictable way caused him to fall off a pillar into a skybox.
+Ooga Blooga I think it's a more compelling game, to be wandering around the no-man's-land that has a... well, quite odd amount of development put into it, than the actual game itself.
+Ze German Fox Landing on Jupiter is almost impossible as it is composed of 97% gas, if you were to land on it, you would land on it's core and be crushed by the gravity or boiled alive.
I would say that the the whole "falling off the dragon pillar" sequence in this video is easily on par with the Stargate scene in 2001: A Space Odyssey.
+Spengi That is so accurate. There was a ster video about Finn or something and I was like, "Eh this will be my appetizer." And Jeremy's video is the main meal. Almost every other video just holds me over until Jerma uploads. lol
I want everyone to remember that this was a $49.99 dollar game. On Steam, that wasn't in Early Access or anything, but a full released piece of diaper butt baby doodoo.
Reviews “For me it’s clear: Vendetta: Curse of Raven’s Cry is actually the best Pirates RPG with great atmosphere and outstanding graphics.” 89 - DLH “Forget Assassin’s Creed: we speak to the team bringing true swashbuckling to next-gen.” n/a - Red Bull “Vendetta: Curse of Raven's Cry will be the best pirate adventure for a long, long time!” n/a - Gaming Universe
It's probably a bit late for this, but the damage number makes sense. 2^30=1,073,741,824 I guess the game permits fractional damage, so there's some rounding going on, but that's why it's that number. And yes, I do ruin everything by overthinking it.
7 feet A.K.A 2 seconds of falling = 103 million damage/ falling from the earths atmosphere to the ground in about half a hour = none. Makes sense in my book
This $50 game is still a piece of shit, even after this update that I'm sure was intended to fix things as well as add these shitty-looking animals with their shitty AI. Are these developers just pitching monkeys, like the one Jerma found here, but instead they're programming monkeys? Steam should just delete this game from it's store and refund all of its purchases, because this game is not worth giving a $50 spot on Steam.
1:18 “Howdy do?” “How do you do?” “Oh, fine! How do YOU do?” “Good to see you! Howdy do?” “Bless ya.” “God be with you!” “Bless ye.” “God be with you!” “Good day. Good day to you.” “How is it, Sparks?” “‘How is it’? How do you do?” “Oh, fine! How do YOU do?” [gets shoved into the water] “How do you do?” “Oh, fine! How do YOU do?”
Welcome to the Ghost Zone of Raven's Cry! Legends have it if you plunge deep enough into the darkness, you will finally find out where the be brave say swears guy went. Some say that at 30 kilometers under, you can begin to hear it. "... be braAAAAAVE YE SONS OF WHOres..."
6:30 "I was a pirate, yea! I robbed people of their precious coin with my trusty bird, pushing people off scaffolds for a laugh and teasing the wildlife to get my jollies and then I got sucked up into a worm hole! Consequences!"
This game is actually deeper than it seems. On the surface, it looks like a shitty, half-assed action game about pirates and shit, and it is, unless you find a way out of it. Jerma did, and he discovered the secret meaning the developers put in it. However, we've only seen the beginning of it, as it's a thing that every man has to see by himself, a long gaze into the depths of his own soul. Thus, it physically cannot be recorded, and that's why the crash happened. I sincerely hope that Jeremy has ventured there once again, on his lonesome this time, as he would return as a changed man.
0:00 - 0:30 I'm autistic and this is how autism feels in crowds Can't tune shit out, can't help but listen to everybody and there's no way ignoring it unless I'm with someone I know
