I've had blue and green and turquoise and yellow and (obviously) pink hair and it's currently a brownish purple and I say go for it sweetheart, it's just hair. Besides, your hair is short and grows real quick so you could just cut it off or if all else fails, dye it back to brown as you did with the Strawberry Shortcake vibes remember? Sweetest Lilsimsie you're only young once, go for it. Concerning the bangs/fringe: whatever you do, don't do it yourself. If or when it becomes an issue there are grips and clips and bows and alicebands and flower crowns (like Dodie who I know you love.) Still though, do whatever pleases you at the end because when you're happy, I'm happy because I love you.

I think you would look great with Blue hair and bangs! Then again I impulsively dye my own hair at least once a month, for blue I would just say that it has a high chance of fading to green. But I don't think it's a big deal to dye your hair (or a marker of mental distress, it can be very cathartic actually) and hair growns back so if you didn't like how it turned out you can just dye over the blue and in a few weeks your bangs should be gone. I just like being supportive of people's hair adventures lol.
