Mlb you have teams with no interest in winning. These games are full of all starts playing with the passion of a country behind them.

The Dominican pitchers will shut down those Puerto Rican hitters. Cueto could get rocked early though but the relievers will shut them down. DR has to show more offense or PR could win with a few runs scored early

Omar Lopez should not have pulled him. Once he was taken out of the game the pitching went to shit. Salvie was calling a brilliant game from behind the plate and was 4-4 with 5 RBI.

as a Jays fan, seeing Berrios have a bad start isn’t anything surprising. he’s either good or bad (last year he would have a lot more bad starts then good, hence his 5+ ERA)

Tbf there was an error on the first batter and if Santanders HR was four feet shorter only one run would be scored in 1st inning. It just shows how baseball is a game of fine margins

N 2 of the 3 scenarios are not impossible cause Venezuela will destroy Nicaragua n Israel had pulling off upsets in the past n Puerto Rico has pitching n hitting issues, I think DR will take care of their own business though

Or it could be meaningless, silly as it sounds, there is a scenario where both PR n DR could get eliminated before their matchup, very tough for that to happen but not impossible, if PR loses to Israel, DR loses their Nxt 2, Venezuela wins their Nxt gm, and Israel wins their Nxt 2, both would get to 3 wins n will hav clinched a spot in the quarterfinals
